If you are looking for a part-time position, with a monthly assignment, that allows a flexible schedule, we have the opportunity for you! This is perfect for employees looking to supplement their income. We are currently hiring organized, professional workers to conduct post-discharge telephone assessments from home. Set your own hours, working Monday through Sunday, days and evenings, to meet your weekly goals. Hours will vary from week to week to meet goals and usually requires a minimum of 6 to 8 hours or more. Skills Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills to effectively engage diverse patient populations. Should be organized, self-driven and able to work independently Must live locally in the Buffalo area, as weekly drop-offs at our Williamsville office are required. A two day orientation is held at our Williamsville office.

Pay:

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 8.0 per week
