What You'll Do Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with activities of daily living. Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding resident care. What We're Looking For Current Ohio STNA certification (or CNA certification, where applicable). A genuine passion for caring for seniors. Dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
