Responsibilities As a CNA or caregiver with FirstLight Home Care, you will: Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide companionship and meaningful engagement Support individuals with dementia or memory challenges Provide medication reminders and observe for changes in condition Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Assist with transfers and mobility using safe techniques Follow individualized care plans and communicate updates to the care team Respect client dignity, privacy, and resident rights at all times Maintain accurate documentation and follow HIPAA standards What We Look For Our best caregivers share these qualities: Dependable and consistent attendance Compassion for seniors and adults needing assistance Professional communication and respect for clients and families Pride in providing high-quality care Strong work ethic and reliability Preferred Qualifications Active CNA certification Experience in home care, hospice, assisted living, or skilled nursing Experience providing dementia or memory care Previous caregiving experience with seniors or Veterans Schedule Flexible scheduling options available Full-time and part-time opportunities Day, evening, and weekend shifts available depending on client needs Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible schedules Paid time off 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance options Stable client assignments Supportive leadership team Work Location Client homes throughout Tulsa, Northeastern and Southeast Oklahoma communities.
