Brackenridge, Pennsylvania Shift:

Full time, 8hr shift: 7a-3p, 3p-11p & 11p-7a plus

EOW Bonus:

Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Eden Nursing and Rehabilitation (formally known as Platinum Ridge). As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide personal care and support to residents, including feeding, transferring, and ambulating Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff Assist with medication administration and record-keeping Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
