In this role, you will provide direct resident care and assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with feeding and hydration as needed Take and document vital signs Assist residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and well-being Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Compassion for an underserved population Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, professional, and resident-focused We are an equal opportunity employer.
