• Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities
• Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Perform household tasks including meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes Requirements
• 1 year experience in home health or senior care
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
• Strong communication skills and empathy towards senior care Qualifications TB Skin Test Valid Driver's license and Auto insurance Ability to provide patient care in the home Experience in caregiving for individuals with Alzheimer's and memory care needs
