Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Avantara Groton, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting guests with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Taking vital signs and recording patient information Assisting with medication administration and treatment plans Providing emotional support and companionship to our guests Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to guests, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor guests' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff Assist with mealtime and feeding guests as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests Participate in infection control and safety protocols
