Encompass Health is seeking a PT Team Leader to guide an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in our inpatient setting. In this role, you will coordinate daily patient care, oversee staff assignments, and support exceptional outcomes for patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensure regulatory and safety standards are met, and promote best clinical practices. You will mentor team members, support professional development, and contribute to a culture of integrity, respect, and continuous improvement while advancing your leadership skills in a clinically advanced, patient-centered environment.
