Role:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff.

Your duties will include:

Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Taking and recording vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents, enhancing their overall well-being Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, following established protocols and procedures Perform routine tasks such as feeding, bathing, and toileting Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
