Full Job Description CNA Transportation Driver Job Summary:

At Avir at Colonel, we're seeking a compassionate and reliable CNA Transportation Driver to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a critical member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to and from medical appointments, social events, and other off-site activities. Responsibilities:

Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, social events, and other off-site activities in a timely and courteous manner Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including resident whereabouts and any relevant notes Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the transportation vehicle at all times Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of transportation services Participate in training and education programs to maintain knowledge of industry standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift or move residents as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent required
