Engage in patient education and provide emotional support to residents and their families, fostering a caring environment that promotes dignity and respect. Qualifications Valid CNA certification with current licensure; previous experience working in long-term care is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
