CNAs work right alongside charge nurses to maintain consistent workflows across the hall. The 12-hour structure keeps shift handoffs simple while providing predictable block time off each week. Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care including bathing and dressing Record vital signs such as blood pressure and pulse Help residents move safely between beds and wheelchairs Log daily care tasks and turn schedules into the chart Report condition changes directly to the charge nurse

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:

Starting at $17/hr, scaling upward with experience

Schedule:

12-Hour Shifts on a rotating schedule for every other weekend off
