Record vitals and report status updates directly to licensed nursing staff during shift handoffs. Help residents move safely around the unit using proper transfer techniques and gait belts. Respond promptly to resident call lights and deliver direct bedside care as requested. Keep resident rooms stocked with fresh linens and essential care items.
