Job Summary Join Our Team at Silver Spring Home Healthcare Services! We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one care for an adult patient in the home setting in Tomball, Texas .
Schedule Wednesday:
2:00 PM
•10:00
PM Friday:
2:00 PM

PM Saturday:
10:00 AM
•12:00 AM Patient Care Needs G-Tube care and management Medication administration Skilled nursing assessments Monitoring and documenting patient condition Communication with caregivers and clinical team Providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care Requirements Current Texas LVN license in good standing Experience with G-Tube care preferred Current CPR certification Reliable transportation Ability to work independently in a home setting Strong communication and documentation skills Why Join Silver Spring Home Healthcare Services?
