This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You'll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service. Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant In this role, you will:
Provide Personal Care:
Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
Maintain Resident Environment:
Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
Support Mobility:
Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
Record Vital Information:
Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption Assist with
Positioning:
Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
Encourage Engagement:
Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who: Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas Can accurately record information and perform technical procedures Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities Follows all safety policies and procedures Benefits (Full-Time)
