Position Summary:

Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care. Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner. Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients. Perform routine vitals procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and recording/ updating patients' charts. Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders. Promptly communicate any significant changes in behavior or conditions to supervisor. Make routine rounds on assigned residents in accordance with established procedures. Must be comfortable doing occasional lifting or transferring of residents. Effective communication, customer facing, and interpersonal skills needed.
