As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized support with everyday activities while building meaningful relationships with the clients you serve. Our caregivers play an important role in helping clients feel safe, respected, comfortable, and supported. Available Shifts Shifts are available Monday-Sunday.

Morning:

7:00 AM-3:00

PM Afternoon:

11:30 AM-5:30

PM Evening/Night:

5:30 PM-11:00

PM Graveyard/Overnight:

8:00 PM-9:00 AM (times may vary depending on client needs) Schedules and hours may vary based on client needs and your availability. Responsibilities Provide companionship and friendly conversation Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Help with shopping, errands, and transportation to appointments when needed Provide mobility and exercise assistance Provide medication reminders Assist with transfers and other daily tasks as appropriate Provide respite care and support for family caregivers Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Complete accurate care notes and documentation throughout each shift Treat every client with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect What We Offer Full-time and part-time opportunities Flexible scheduling based on client needs and your availability Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts Weekly pay Opportunities for additional hours as available Referral bonuses Employee appreciation programs and monthly prizes A supportive and friendly office team Requirements Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel to client homes Compassionate, dependable, honest, and caring attitude Ability to communicate professionally with clients Caregiving experience is preferred, but not always required Must be able to successfully complete required background and employment checks Why Join Cornerstone Caregiving?
