Our CNA role offers flexible, rewarding work across our campus, supporting residents with daily care needs and meaningful engagement. The focus of the CNA is to: Provide high-quality, person-centered care and emotional support. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity. Collaborate closely with nurses and household teams to create a warm, home-like environment. Opportunities are available in Nursing Households.

Requirements:

Active CNA certification in Virginia (or eligibility to transfer certification from another state) Prior experience in senior living, skilled nursing, or healthcare (preferred but not required) Flexibility, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills A true passion for caring for older adults in a nonprofit, mission-driven setting Must be 16 years of age or older to work in Nursing Households and 18 years or older to work in Assisted Living/Memory Support.
