Chesterfield, VA As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With LOVE, you will play an important role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to our clients. Your responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, promoting clients' health and well-being, and maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment. You will monitor clients' conditions, administer medications as directed, and maintain accurate care documentation. Job Responsibilities As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With LOVE, you will be responsible for: Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Providing mobility assistance, including transferring, positioning, and supporting clients with ambulation Monitoring, documenting, and communicating changes in clients' health conditions and care needs Maintaining a clean and safe environment while reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive client care Promoting independence and enhancing clients' quality of life through compassionate, person-centered care Requirements To be considered for this position, you should have: Virginia certification as a

CNA / HHA / PCA

Previous experience in home care or a long-term care setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude The ability to work independently and as part of a team A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, preferred Pay Rate $16-$20 per hour , depending on the type and duration of the shift.
