Personal Care Services, Catastrophic Care Solutions, Hospice Care, and Med Team Rehab — has provided high-quality home-based services for more than four decades. We have operated home-care agencies in Louisiana since 1979, in Texas and Michigan since 1983, and in Virginia since 1985. All of our agencies are fully licensed, Medicare- and Medicaid-certified, in-network with TRICARE, and preferred providers for numerous commercial insurers. We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Hospice Division and provide compassionate, dignified end-of-life care to clients and their families in Loudoun, Prince William, Arlington, and Fairfax Counties. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the client's individualized hospice plan of care. Offer emotional support and comfort to clients and their families during one of life's most sensitive transitions. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment conducive to the client's comfort and dignity. Accurately document care delivered and promptly report any changes in condition to the supervising hospice nurse and other appropriate parties. Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team, clients, and families to promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Required Qualifications Current, active Virginia CNA license (must be in good standing) Prior experience in hospice, palliative care, home health, or a comparable clinical setting preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance. Compassionate demeanor with the ability to provide sensitive, patient-centered care. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative hospice care team. Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
