This position is ideal for someone who finds purpose in helping older adults and wants to build meaningful relationships with residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living. Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support. Support residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Monitor residents' well-being and report changes in condition. Follow individualized care plans and community procedures. Maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

PCA or CNA certification is preferred. Previous caregiving, senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is preferred. Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to older adults. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, professional, and committed to excellent resident care.

Shift:

3:00pm-11:00pm, every other weekend included in the shift.
