DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for caring individuals to provide 24/7 care and support to individuals with their Activities of Daily Living, such as: Personal Care (bathing, dressing, showering, toileting) Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, laundry, dishes, making beds, taking out the trash etc..) Medication Reminders Run Errands/ Shopping Companionship Respite

REQUIREMENTS

Valid WI Driver's License Have or Obtain Auto Liability Insurance (100/300/100) Liability Amounts Have Reliable Transportation Able To Pass a Criminal and Caregiver Background Check Maintain Professional Boundaries Must Be Willing to Travel a Minimum of 30 Miles from Your Home Must Be Willing to Assist Clients with Personal Cares. (Bathing, Dressing, Showering, Toileting) Ability to Show Kindness and Compassion to Those We Serve Ability to Treat Others and Their Property with Respect and Dignity Must Be 18 Years or Older, with a High School Diploma or Equivalency Diploma Must Pass a Pre-Employment Physical. (Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs, twist, bend, squat, reach, push, pull from high/low positions, raise arms above shoulder, walk, sit, and climb stairs; may be repetitive.)
