We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) Administrator to lead and oversee the daily operations of our senior care community to oversee our 12-bed community located in the heart of Seaside. Because we are a smaller, more intimate facility, you will have the unique opportunity to truly know every resident and staff member, ensuring a high standard of personalized care that larger facilities simply can't match. You will be responsible for the daily operations, regulatory compliance, and the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:

Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations related to assisted living and long-term care. Manage the day-to-day operations of our 12-bed facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Regulatory Compliance:

Maintain full compliance with California Title 22 regulations and Department of Social Services (DSS) requirements.

Care Management:

Oversee resident admissions, assessments, and the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).

Staff Supervision:

Recruit, train, and schedule a small, dedicated team of caregivers; foster a culture of empathy and excellence.

Family Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact for families. Foster positive relationships with residents' families, providing updates on care progress and addressing concerns promptly and ensuring peace of mind.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular audits of medication management, documentation, and facility maintenance.

Job Requirements Certification:

Must possess a current and valid California RCFE Administrator Certificate .

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an RCFE or similar assisted living environment.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Deep understanding of California Title 22 regulations.

Health & Safety:

Must pass a DOJ/FBI criminal record clearance and a pre-employment physical/TB test.
