This vital role involves ensuring compliance with long-term care regulations, managing staff, maintaining resident satisfaction, and upholding the highest standards of care. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in senior care, nursing home administration, and facility management, combined with strong leadership skills and a passion for enhancing residents' quality of life. As a Facility Administrator, you will be the driving force behind creating a safe, nurturing, and well-organized environment that promotes dignity and independence for all residents. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all aspects of facility operations, including staff management, resident care, and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans that address residents' needs related to dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, and other health conditions. Ensure adherence to all state and federal long-term care regulations, including health policies related to medication administration and resident rights. Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, financial reporting, and healthcare financial management to ensure fiscal responsibility. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to maintain high standards in nursing leadership, nursing home administration, and assisted living services. Manage licensing requirements, conduct staff training on disability services and dementia care best practices, and maintain accurate documentation. Foster a positive environment by managing team performance through supervising staff, promoting leadership development, and encouraging teamwork. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, scheduling, communication, and record-keeping purposes. Maintain open communication with residents' families and community partners to support comprehensive home & community care services. Qualifications Active RCFE Certification Proven experience in nursing home administration or senior living facility management with a strong background in long-term care regulations. Extensive knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, dementia care, memory care strategies, and resident's rights. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality resident services. Supervising experience in healthcare or residential care settings with excellent leadership skills. Familiarity with healthcare financial management systems and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of disability services regulations and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Strong understanding of medication administration protocols within a long-term care environment. Previous experience working in assisted living or retirement home settings is preferred. Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
