Full Job Description Experienced Senior Living Marketer The Role:
We're seeking an outgoing, results-driven marketer to generate referrals and build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, and senior care providers. This commission-based role offers a generous split with no cap on earnings and a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
Generate referrals through hospital/rehab visits, community events, and presentations Educate referral sources about Owl Be There®'s concierge service Maintain relationships with care providers via visits, calls, and emails Identify and add senior care options to our database
Must-Have Qualifications:
Proven experience generating referrals from hospitals, rehab centers, or healthcare providers A passion for helping seniors Marketing or sales experience in senior living, home care, or related services Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, home care, and skilled nursing Strong communication and relationship-building skills
