Wellness Director - Assisted Living | Full-Time We are seeking a strong, experienced LPN to step into a Wellness Director role supporting assisted living operations. This is not a behind-the-desk position. We're looking for someone who is clinically sharp, confident with regulations, and brings a positive, engaging presence to both residents and staff.

What You'll Do:

Oversee and manage all clinical operations for assisted living facilities. Ensure compliance with assisted living regulations, policies, and state guidelines Supervise and support caregiving staff, ensuring high-quality resident care Conduct assessments, care planning, and ongoing wellness monitoring Serve as a key leader and point of contact for families and staff Maintain accurate documentation and ensure survey readiness

What We're Looking For:

Active LPN license (required) Strong assisted living experience and deep knowledge of ALF regulations (required) Clinically competent and confident in decision-making Great personality—approachable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to manage responsibilities across two locations effectively Strong organizational and leadership skills
