The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) oversees all aspects of facility performance, including clinical oversight, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and operational results. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will ensure the facility delivers safe, compliant, and compassionate care to all residents.

$120 000 - $125 000 per year Benefits Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Schedule and Employment Type Full-Time Days (8:00AM - 5:00PM) Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the facility as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care operations Lead, mentor, and support department directors and management staff Foster a culture of quality care, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Oversee budgets, staffing, census development, financial performance, and operational goals Maintain survey readiness and serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies Build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and community partners Develop and implement policies and procedures that improve resident outcomes and operational efficiency Promote resident rights, safety, satisfaction, and exceptional customer service Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve strategic goals and ensure organizational success Qualifications Current Iowa Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state licensing requirements, and survey readiness Proven experience leading teams, managing budgets, and achieving operational goals Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to build strong relationships with employees, residents, families, and healthcare partners Commitment to delivering exceptional resident-centered care and fostering a positive workplace culture If you are an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who is passionate about leading teams, ensuring regulatory excellence, and delivering exceptional resident care, apply today to join the Hiawatha Care Center team!
