Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supported Living Manger to oversee the daily operations of our Residential Habilitation - Supported Living agency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of developmental disabilities, independent living structure for participants, ability to train and lead a team of admin and direct care staff as well as maintain community relationships. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality care to participants while ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards in the residential habilitation environment. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations with support from the Program Director of the Residential Habilitation agency, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for participants. Implement policies and procedures that promote participant rights and enhance quality of life. Oversee medication administration practices and ensure staff compliance with health regulations. Facilitate intakes and coordinate plans for new participants, ensuring individualized attention. Foster relationships with participants, families, staff, and community partners to promote a positive living experience. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities. Conduct regular assessments of participant needs and satisfaction to continuously improve service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in residential habilitation services or similar healthcare setting; experience in ICFs or group homes is a plus. Strong knowledge of resident rights, medication administration protocols, and developmental disabilities best practices. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Compassionate approach to working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage positively with residents and staff alike. Relevant certifications or licenses as required by state regulations.
