Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Director to lead our senior living community. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in long-term care, assisted living, or nursing home administration, with a proven track record of managing care facilities effectively. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional management skills, a deep understanding of health regulation policies, and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for residents. The Executive Director will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and foster a compassionate environment that prioritizes resident well-being and staff development. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality senior care services, including memory care and dementia support programs. Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs, including Alzheimer's and disability services. Manage operational functions such as budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to maintain facility sustainability and growth. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local health regulation policies related to long-term care and assisted living facilities. Supervise care facility teams, including nursing staff, social workers, and administrative personnel, promoting a positive work environment through effective leadership and supervision. Maintain strong relationships with residents' families to communicate care progress and address concerns promptly. Oversee medication administration protocols and ensure adherence to safety standards in all clinical practices. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and strategic planning to optimize operational efficiency. Lead initiatives for continuous quality improvement, staff training, and compliance audits to uphold industry best practices. Qualifications Extensive experience in nursing home administration or senior living facility management, with a focus on long-term care environments. Proven expertise in managing memory care units, dementia care programs, and assisted living services. Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, healthcare financial management, and health policy compliance. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or residential care settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and administrative tasks. Background in nursing or social work is highly desirable; relevant certifications or licenses are preferred. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or complex health needs is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills combined with financial acumen for budgeting and resource planning.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
