Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of nursing home operations, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care. As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee daily facility management, ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, and foster a compassionate environment that prioritizes resident well-being and staff excellence. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic senior care setting. Responsibilities Manage the overall operations of the nursing home, including staff supervision, financial oversight, and compliance with federal and state regulations related to long-term care. Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' individual needs, including specialized dementia and Alzheimer's care programs. Ensure that all care delivery aligns with residents' rights, safety standards, and quality of life objectives. Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to healthcare policies. Supervise care facility teams, including nursing staff, administrative personnel, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment. Maintain comprehensive documentation related to resident care, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance using tools such as Microsoft Office. Monitor facility operations to ensure efficient resource utilization, budgeting accuracy, and financial management aligned with organizational goals. Stay informed about long-term care regulations and health policy updates to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices. Requirements Valid licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator with proven experience in nursing home or senior living facility management. Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, dementia care practices, and assisted living standards. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or residential care settings. Strong understanding of healthcare financial management, budgeting, and operational efficiency. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized memory or dementia care services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes. Background in nursing or healthcare management combined with supervisory experience in residential or community-based settings. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage residents, families, staff members, and regulatory agencies effectively. Pay:
$140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
