Operations Management Area Director A well-established human services organization is seeking an experienced Operations Management Area Director to provide leadership and operational oversight for a designated service area supporting adults with diverse needs. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, building strong community relationships, and ensuring high-quality services. The Area Director will be responsible for both the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to professional and direct-care staff Oversee daily operations and ensure quality, person-centered services Manage financial performance, including budgeting, purchasing, billing compliance, and documentation Support growth strategies, census development, utilization, and occupancy Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals served, families, guardians, case managers, referral sources, and community partners Participate in community and government relations and advocate for the individuals served Develop and implement strategies that promote quality, stability, and positive outcomes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 3-6 years of related experience, including significant management experience in human services Master's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred, where applicable Licensure as required by the state Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail Demonstrated commitment to quality and person-centered services

$62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
