We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Elkton, MD. This is a full-time, in-person leadership role. The LNHA will be responsible for the overall operations of the facility, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, strong census management, and a positive culture for staff and residents alike. Qualifications of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ): Active Maryland LNHA license in good standing Proven SNF administrative leadership experience Strong track record in regulatory compliance, survey management, and census growth Excellent leadership, communication, and staff development skills Responsibilities of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ): Oversee all day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility Lead and develop department heads and frontline staff to deliver exceptional resident care Manage census development, payer mix, and revenue cycle in partnership with corporate Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations and maintain survey readiness If you're an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility, we want YOU to apply!
