This role is vital in ensuring that residents receive personalized, high-quality care within a safe, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in nursing home or assisted living settings, and a deep understanding of health regulation policies and dementia care. As a Home Manager, you will champion resident well-being, manage staff effectively, and uphold compliance with all regulatory standards, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion. Duties Lead the overall management of the care facility, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to health and safety regulations Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care Supervise and support care staff, including nursing personnel, ensuring they deliver compassionate and professional resident care Oversee medication administration processes to guarantee safety and compliance with healthcare standards Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, financial management, and healthcare financial planning to ensure operational efficiency Maintain thorough documentation using Microsoft Office tools for resident records, care plans, incident reports, and regulatory compliance reports Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations and health policy updates through continuous staff training and policy review.
Must Have:
Valid driver's license required Proof of auto insurance required Skills Extensive nursing home experience with a strong background in senior care and assisted living environments Proven management experience in residential or long-term care facilities with supervisory responsibilities Deep knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care strategies, and disability services experience Familiarity with health regulation policies governing nursing homes and long-term care facilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks and documentation Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or complex health needs Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing care plans, budgets, and compliance documentation Knowledge of healthcare financial management principles including budgeting and financial acumen Ability to navigate home & community care regulations while maintaining high standards of quality service Skilled in supervising staff performance, conducting evaluations, and fostering a positive team environment Join us as a Home Manager to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives by providing compassionate leadership in a vibrant senior living community.
