Job Description

The Arc of Monmouth serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in group homes, day programs and supported employment. We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Residential Associate Group Home Manager in our group home located in Manalapan, NJ.

Summary:

The Associate Group Home Manager assists the Group Home Manager with the overall management of the daily operations of group homes.

Role of Residential Supervisor:

Assure group home operates in compliance with the policies and procedures of the Arc of Monmouth and the standards of its funding and accrediting sources Ensure that the service plan goals for each participant are implemented, progress is documented, and the goals are reviewed and updated, as necessary Assist in activities of daily living Assist with personal care, as needed Administer or assist with prescribed medication Provide transportation Assist in implementation of individual plans and behavioral plan goals Support people to achieve personal outcomes that characterize a high quality of life

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree preferred Two years of supervisory experience in an I/DD setting A valid non probationary NJ driver's license with no more than 5 points Experience working with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
