POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, coordinate and manage the overall operations of the nursing home in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and in accordance with Vivage Management policies and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS 2-4
years' previous experience in a long-term care environment, preferably as an Administrator or Assistant Administrator. Documented successful track record indicating a working knowledge of State and Federal regulations relating to nursing homes based on past Department of Health Services survey results preferred Commitment to the company mission to consistently deliver high quality, person-centered care with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity, and to enrich every life we touch. Ability to represent Company in an ethical and professional manner, and to maintain accountability
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Health Care or related field; Eden Associate preferred
Experience:
Must have a minimum of (5) five years supervisory experience in a long-term care facility Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator (strongly preferred)
License:
Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing in the state in which they are operating
