The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in senior care management, and a passion for enhancing residents' quality of life. This role offers the chance to manage a comprehensive team while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining exceptional standards of resident care. Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the retirement campus, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality resident care. Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource management to promote efficiency and sustainability. Supervise clinical staff responsible for medication administration, nursing services, and personal care activities. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities. Foster a positive environment that promotes resident well-being, safety, and engagement through innovative programming and community outreach. Manage financial aspects of the campus including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community agencies to coordinate comprehensive resident services. Lead staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, staff records, licensing requirements, and operational policies. Qualifications Active and unencumbered OH LNHA. Proven experience in nursing home or assisted living management with a strong background in senior care operations. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary teams in long-term or home & community care settings. Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource allocation within healthcare environments. Background in developing care plans tailored to residents with developmental disabilities or complex medical needs. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, residents' families, healthcare providers, and community partners. Ability to navigate complex operational challenges while maintaining a compassionate approach to resident-centered care.
