Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Direct and oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations Promote high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction Lead, mentor, and support department heads and facility staff Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Maintain survey readiness and develop plans of correction as needed Oversee facility budgeting, census development, and financial performance Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure effective care delivery Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral sources, and community organizations Support recruitment, retention, and employee engagement initiatives Ensure proper staffing levels and operational efficiency Respond appropriately to emergencies, complaints, and operational concerns Uphold the mission, values, and standards of the organization

Requirements:
