Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall operations of the facility, including nursing, rehabilitation, and administrative services Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards Manage and coordinate the activities of various departments, including nursing, therapy, and activities Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and staff development Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve facility goals and objectives Ensure the highest level of care for residents, including effective communication with families and healthcare providers Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including staff schedules, resident information, and facility operations Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility

Requirements:

2 years of experience in healthcare administration, with a strong understanding of nursing home operations and regulations Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team building and staff development Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
