Long-Term Care Location:
North-Central Oklahoma We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator (NHA) to oversee the operations of our long-term care and skilled nursing senior living facility. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of long-term care regulations, healthcare management, and resident-centered care practices. Responsibilities Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring adherence to all state and federal long-term care regulations and policies. Manage financial aspects including budgeting, financial management, and healthcare financial oversight to maintain fiscal responsibility. Supervise care facility teams, including nursing staff, administrative personnel, and direct care providers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory care needs, ensuring person-centered approaches. Ensure medication administration is conducted safely and in compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain comprehensive documentation related to resident care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance using tools such as Microsoft Office. Coordinate with healthcare professionals and community services to support residents' health needs and disability services requirements. Lead efforts in maintaining high standards of quality assurance, safety protocols, and resident satisfaction across the facility. Qualifications Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license. 3+ years of proven experience in nursing home administration or senior living facility management with a strong background in long-term care environments. Demonstrated expertise in managing care facility teams with supervisory experience in healthcare settings. Expertise in long-term care regulations, health policy compliance, and disability services standards.
