Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, positive thinking, and motivated PCH Administrato r for a small Memory Care Community. This is an opportunity to make a difference as the leader and work with a strong team in a pleasant working environment. This is not a corporation style business, this is a family owned operation concentrated on quality care and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the facility Plan and coordinate all services for residents in conjunction with multi-disciplinary team Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to implement appropriate programs Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures Work well with community based programs

Qualifications:

Experience in PCHA or other medical fields Strong leadership skills Superior planning and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Great team building skills Personal Care Home Administrator License is required Knowledge of PA Personal Care Regulations(2600)
