Job Overview A well-established, nonprofit skilled nursing and rehab community is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a respected organization with a strong mission, engaged Board of Directors, and the resources to invest in long-term success. Responsibilities Provide operational, financial, and regulatory leadership for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care. Develop and mentor department leaders while building strong staff engagement. Partner closely with clinical, financial, and operational support teams to achieve quality and performance goals. Maintain a strong presence throughout the community, building trust with residents, families, employees, and community partners. Drive continuous improvement in quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Qualifications Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license, preferably in PA. Several years of successful nursing home administrator leadership experience. Demonstrated success leading teams through change while maintaining a positive culture. Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and financial management. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills. Pay:
$160,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
