Description Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Erwin, TN | Full Time A skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Erwin, TN is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations and help ensure a high standard of resident care. This is a great opportunity for a motivated healthcare leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving outcomes, and creating a positive environment for residents and staff. Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Lead department managers and promote strong interdisciplinary teamwork. Monitor quality measures, resident satisfaction, and operational performance. Oversee staffing, budgeting, census development, and facility resources. Support recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and staff development. Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners. Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness. Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, and resident-centered care. Qualifications Current Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator license required. Previous skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and facility operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and lead a multidisciplinary team.
