Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee staffing, budgeting, census development, and facility resources. Support recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and staff development. Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, and resident-centered care. Qualifications Current Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator license required.
