• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential home for individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, social work, and assisted living, with a passion for providing quality care and support to residents.

• Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall functioning of the residential home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents
• Provide direct care and assistance to residents as needed
• Supervise and support staff in their daily duties
• Develop and implement individual care plans for residents
• Coordinate medical appointments and medication management
• Oversee housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintenance of the home
• Monitor budgeting and expenses related to the home's operations

• Qualifications:

• Experience in care for individuals with intellectual disabilities, working with people with developmental disabilities, or social work
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations and best practices
• Background in nursing or healthcare is a plus
• Strong operations management skills
• Ability to effectively manage staff and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management
