Overview Join our dedicated team as a Home Care Administrator, where you will lead the operational and administrative functions of a vibrant home care facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities by ensuring exceptional care, compliance with health regulations, and efficient facility management. As a key leader, you will oversee care delivery, manage staff teams, and uphold the highest standards of resident safety and satisfaction. Duties Oversee daily operations of the home care facility, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans for residents with diverse needs including Alzheimer's, dementia, and memory care requirements Supervise staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team Ensure compliance with all long-term care regulations, health policies, and safety standards across the facility Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, billing, and healthcare financial management to maintain fiscal responsibility Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure medication administration accuracy and proper resident care Maintain detailed records using Microsoft Office tools and electronic health record systems for documentation accuracy Skills Extensive experience in nursing home administration or assisted living facility management Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in senior or residential care settings Deep knowledge of long-term care regulations, health regulation policies, and dementia or Alzheimer's care best practices Strong understanding of healthcare financial management, budgeting, and operational management Excellent communication skills for managing care teams, residents' families, and external agencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for report writing and record keeping Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in disability services environments Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to residents' unique needs Knowledge of medication administration procedures within a home or community care setting Familiarity with managing care facility teams in compliance with federal and state regulations Join us to lead a compassionate team dedicated to enriching lives through exceptional home care services.
