Assisted Living Executive Director Location:

Stafford, VA 22554 Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director to lead our assisted living community in Stafford, VA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Virginia regulatory requirements, hold an active administrator license, and have a minimum of three years of leadership experience in assisted living or a related healthcare setting. This role requires a goal-oriented leader with exceptional people skills who can foster collaboration, manage budgets effectively, and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide visionary and collaborative leadership to the assisted living community. Ensure compliance with all Virginia state regulations and licensing requirements. Maintain an active administrator license and stay current with regulatory changes. Oversee daily operations, including staffing, resident care, and facility management. Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial health and sustainability. Foster a positive and fair work environment by listening to staff and residents.
