Our House Senior Living Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Executive Director to lead our memory care community. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, support residents and families, and lead a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities Ensure all federal and state Assisted Living regulations and resident care policies are followed Assist with resident assessments and individual service plans Participate in community events and help maintain positive relationships Hire, mentor, supervise, and engage employees Manage budgets, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Serve as the main point of contact for resident and family concerns Support daily operations and complete other duties as assigned Education Requirements Candidates must meet one of the following: Associate degree from an accredited college in a health care-related field Bachelor's degree from an accredited college plus one year of experience working directly with older adults or a related client group in a health care setting Completion of an assisted living administrator training course approved by the department Nursing home administrator's license Qualifications Three to five years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related health care field preferred Experience supervising and managing staff Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Warm, outgoing, and compassionate personality Strong integrity, drive, leadership, and motivational skills Comfortable working with Microsoft programs Knowledge of Wisconsin DHS 83 regulations preferred Benefits Ongoing training and support Dedicated management team Positive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents and families Apply Today If you are a strong leader with a passion for senior care and team development, we encourage you to apply today.
