Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Care Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and support staff, and ensure exceptional care for all residents. This role is integral to the success of our facility and requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and compassionate.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all facility staff, including scheduling, training, and ongoing support Serve as primary point of contact for residents, families, and the care team Ensure all resident care needs are met, including personal care, activities, and meals Provide transportation to appointments and outings as needed Administer and manage medications, coordinate with pharmacy, ensure PRN availability Maintain up-to-date Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and other required documentation Ensure compliance with all state regulations, paperwork, and audits Conduct and participate in activities that promote resident engagement Cover shifts as needed to ensure consistent care Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to provide high-quality, resident-centered care Schedule and coordinate all resident appointments Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and medications Address and resolve issues related to resident care, staff performance, or family concerns Prepare for and assist with state surveys, ensuring compliance with all regulations

Qualifications:

Proven management experience in a CBRF, assisted living, or similar setting Experience with state surveys and regulatory compliance a strong plus Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to resident well-being
