Develop strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and community partners. Qualifications Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license required. Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality measures, reimbursement, and survey processes. Proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and achieve operational and financial goals.
