Build, mentor, and support department leaders while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while ensuring continuous survey readiness. Drive quality outcomes, employee engagement, occupancy growth, and operational excellence. Oversee budgeting, staffing, and financial performance to support the long-term success of the facility. Develop strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and community partners. Qualifications Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license required. Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality measures, reimbursement, and survey processes. Proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and achieve operational and financial goals.
