Overview We are seeking a highly qualified Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a long-term care facility dedicated to providing exceptional senior and memory care services. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in nursing home management, a thorough understanding of healthcare regulations, and a passion for enhancing residents' quality of life. This leadership role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and compassionate management to ensure compliance, safety, and resident satisfaction. This is a salaried position and pay will be commiserate on experience level. Must have a valid Wisconsin nursing home administrators license or the ability to transfer existing license from another state. Duties Lead and coordinate all aspects of nursing home operations, including staff management, resident care, and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and monitor care plans tailored to residents' individual needs, including those requiring Alzheimer's and dementia care. Ensure adherence to federal and state long-term care regulations, including health policies related to resident rights and safety standards. Manage financial aspects of the facility, including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency. Supervise care facility teams, including nursing staff, administrative personnel, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. Oversee medication administration processes ensuring safety protocols are followed accurately. Maintain documentation and reporting in accordance with healthcare policies using tools such as Microsoft Office for record keeping. Promote a culture of compassion and respect for residents' dignity while managing disability services and community engagement initiatives. Skills Extensive nursing home experience with demonstrated leadership in senior living or assisted living facilities. Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, dementia care practices, and resident's rights policies. Proven ability to manage care facility operations effectively with expertise in healthcare financial management and budgeting. Excellent supervisory skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in residential or group home settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. Deep understanding of Alzheimer's disease, memory care strategies, and dementia-specific care plans. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring disability services. Leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills to foster teamwork and ensure high-quality resident care. $94,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
