Western Suffolk BOCES anticipates an opening for a part-time, evening Practical Nursing Clinical Instructor for our Wilson Tech Northport campus. This is an hourly position, Monday through Friday 4:30pm-10:00pm. Responsible for supervising and evaluating Practical Nursing students during evening clinical experiences. Provides instruction and guidance in the clinical setting, ensures safe and effective patient care practices, and supports students in applying classroom knowledge to clinical practice. Maintains communication with the program director, program faculty and clinical partners regarding student progress and performance. Attends faculty meetings, curriculum meetings, technical advisory committee meetings, and other meetings as required. Current NYS RN License Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
